Case Study 1
Network Rail required catering 24 hours per day during the works on the Box Tunnel Bath, Express Catering provided one of our mobile kitchens and staff during the 2 month works.
With a busy schedule already in place the numbers quickly increased but Express Catering with its usual built in capacity were able deal with the extra numbers with relative ease.
With longer duration contracts it is important to add variation in foods, so chicken fajitas , chicken tikka jacket potatoes and the worlds best Chinese chicken curry were well received.
